  6. TRAINING AERLIS organises vocational training programmes to develop human resources. The association is certified for training and organises joint or single-funded programmes for entrepreneurs, middle management, local development agents and the unemployed. www.aerlis.pt

  12. AERLIS & SE AERLIS was invited by the SE – Supported Employment Movement in Portugal to participate in the “Equal Initiative Program” in 2001. The project was called “Supported Employment” and later followed by Nautilus that originated APEA – Portuguese Supported Employment Association, that AERLIS is one of the founding members. www.aerlis.pt

  13. AERLIS & SE We were the first Employers Association in Portugal to formally work with the movement. Making the “bridge” between Companies / Employers and the Insertion Organizations. Mainly in: Employers awareness for the importance and benefits of integration by this methodology; Communication tools and approach to companies, restructuring the way of thinking and behave of the Insertion Organizations. www.aerlis.pt

  14. AERLIS & SE After the specific financed projects, AERLIS continues to use in a transversal way the SE methodology in basically every training program. We use it in a informal way. Examples: • Entrepreneurship Training for: prisoners, social excluded, long term unemployed, among others (courses of 4 or 5 months); • Professional training for youth and young adults in several areas (courses of 2 or more years). www.aerlis.pt
