  3. Agency Login - Web Tool URL: http://www.driveindia.biz/driveindia/atracker/index.html Require Agency user name & password to register the new field engineer

  5. Field Engineer Registration Based on qualification, eligible technical skill set is populated.

  6. Field Engineer Online Test - Code Generation Test code is generated Now the registration has been successfully completed • Field engineer carries the admit card mentioning the test code for online test. • Test Code valid for 7 days only. • Online Test available on TTL Intranet at TTL premises only

  7. Admit Card for Field Engineer Engineer needs to carry this Admit card for examination with valid Photo ID proof.

  8. Agency Backend staff registration and view Click on Add new member Agency must declare the relevant details of all the office staff.

  10. Field Engineer Online Test – I Care Login Insert User Name & Password URL http://www.driveindia.biz/driveindia/dashboard/ I-Care Head/Zonal Head user name & password to be used to open Online Test

  16. I-Care Zonal Head Assessment of Candidate Click the details I-Care Zonal Head must complete assessment of the candidate within 3 days ,of candidates completing the online test.

  17. I-Care Zonal Head Assessment of Candidate Click to update I-Care Zonal Head can update the above details of candidates qualifying the online test only.

  18. I-Care Zonal Head Assessment of Candidate Select the option I-Care Zonal Head must rate the candidate according to his assessment on all the parameters

  20. I-Care Circle Head Assessment of Candidate Click to update

  22. I-Care Regional Head – Approval( Option 1) Regional Head to finally select / call for OCS interview or reject the candidate. Field Engineer code to be active only after selection by Regional Head. Salary approved by regional head will be deducted from approved cost and balance amount will be shown for next selection.

  23. I-Care Regional Head – Approval( Option 2 for multiple engineer selection) Regional Head also have an option to approve the multiple engineers . The screen will have an option for regional head to select circle and even the agency. Salary approved by regional head will be deducted from approved cost and balance amount will be shown for next selection.

  24. I-Care Regional Head – Changing the Location Specific allowance Regional Head also have an option to change the Location specific allowance of an engineer. This will change the overall salary of engineer without changing the other components of the salary like Basic/HRA/Conveyance/Mobile.

  25. I-Care Regional Head – Changing the Location Specific allowance(Cntd.) Regional Head will change the LSA in “ Update SLA” field

Performance Monitoring and Payouts • System alert for Quarterly Certification of Field Engineer • Performance based salary for Agency Staff – 85% fixed salary & 15% variable linked to KPIs • Performance and salary of the field team to be monitored from system • Agency Payouts generated & approved from system. • Check on the hired manpower cost Vs NFA approved cost. • System alert for the recommended manpower. • Recertification of Field engineers under the supervision of ASRM team.
