Job Description • A stunt perform (stunt man, person or dare devil) is someone who performs dangerous stunts as a career. • He/she is generally skilled at performing physical action in character for film and television • Stunts are typically used for motion pictures.
Working conditions • A stunt person goes wherever the movie industry goes and the movie industry goes everywhere. • You may have to work from 4 AM to 10 or 111 PM • By the age 40, you are usually too old to do stunt work.
Earnings A stunt man/woman earnings are determined by several factors. As a beginner, you most likely won’t make the money that you expect, but once you have experience and have a good reputation, you can sometimes name your price. Salaries can range as low as $5,000 to $70,000 and more per year.
Education There’s really no education needed to be a stunt man/woman. It is common for stunt work knowledge and skills to be handed down from one generation to the next. Not every person is capable for the stunt business.

Groups opinion We would not want to be a stunt person because of the dangerous risks you would have to take. We would also be away from family and friends a lot during holidays or days away from work.
