Theory working group Report. 1 St - day report. 2 nd – day report. We had two presentations on two related, basic topics by Hillas and Ptuskin. The goal in both was to exhibit the basic simplicity and generality of the results. Hillas: the power input into galactic C.R.

  3. 2nd – day report We had two presentations on two related, basic topics by Hillas and Ptuskin. The goal in both was to exhibit the basic simplicity and generality of the results. • Hillas: the power input into galactic C.R. • Ptuskin: The anisotropy determined from observations of grammage and basic galactic parameters. We also added to our shopping list of simple problems.

  4. We expect to continue in this mode.
