Solar Projects • Funds Available -$5.5 Million • Target - Small School districts • Selection based on square footage • Up to 30 KWdc • SFB will notify eligible school districts • 25 school districts notified so far
Energy Efficiency Projects • Funds Available-$13 Million • SFB share-30% of the project cost up to $1 million per district • District Share-70% of the project cost • Any district funds available for capital expenditure • Performance Contracting
Energy Efficiency Projects • Eligible Projects • Energy upgrade that results in energy savings (electricity and gas) • HVAC upgrade • Lighting upgrade • Controls • Solar Hot Water etc.
Energy Efficiency Projects • Ineligible Projects • Water Conservation • Projects that are exclusively training and awareness in nature • Projects that result in operational savings only
