Using the Information Rights Manager • Open the presentation you want to share • Click the Office Button, point to “Prepare”, point to “Restrict Permissions” (if this doesn’t appear on your computer, you can’t use the IRM), then click “Do Not Distribute”; the Permissions dialog box opens • Select the “Restrict permission to this document” check box, then select the desired access level that you want for each user to whom you plan to send the presentation.
