Discussion will include student success matters and increased employment opportunities for program graduates. • Computer Science and Information Technology (Hicks/El Khoury) From the Learning Support Programs (5 minutes) This presentation highlights major accomplishments within the Division. Discussion will include online tutoring, workshops and assessment tools to support student success and completion. • Student Success Centers (McBride) • From the Extension and Specially-Funded Programs (3 min. ea.) These presentations highlight the College’s workforce development initiatives, new programs and services and increased collaboration/partnership efforts. Discussion will include building employer networks, direct placement, new programs and services. • CBJT (Mayorga) • H1B (De La Cerda) • Community Services and Extension Programs (Collins) • Future Leaders (Manyweather) • Career Center and Upcoming Events (Lockridge) SPECIAL PRESENTATION (ACTION ITEM) 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. Following this presentations the body will take action to recommend the adoption and launching of the new CTE website.
