Remember the reasons we started the business (WHY) If committed to make a change, then commit the QUALITY time during the meetings All meetings are scheduled ahead of time, are we committed to attend and put down the dates on our planner? The way we treat the business, is the way we are going to get pay by the business Be responsible to yourself

  4. It’s a business that pay you professionally Dress professionally Talk professionally Act professionally Perform our roles and duties under all circumstances Be professional

  7. If we say we are going to do it, then make sure to get it done, no excuse. That’s our reputation! MAM, HBP, Product Party Follow-up and follow-through (not just one time) Be committed and persistent

People are used to work themselves • Many not used to ask for help or bother other • Never never think this way, very dangerous • We are all in this together, our #1 priority is to help others become successful • Not only you benefit, entire team get benefits, if we deny help from others, we are blocking success of others in the team Learn to leverage others

Commit to 10-15 hrs/wk MA schedule – Attend HBP & trainings (ABCs,Corings) Shop.com portal tour Use different products Learn how to leverage senior partner Explain the business concept Understand the basic terminologies – Q-Date, Start Date, Flush, Purge, form 1000 etc… Listen to Audio Plug into NMTSS Building trust with team and sponsor Buying 3 tickets for each events Personal checklist: QualifiedDistributor

Your new partner and team’s success is accountable to you More ownership to your MA business Share personal use more products (20+) Explain the MPCP Use portal for prospecting/recruiting Be able to do 2:1 with new partner Be able to host ABC training (how to be a good “B”) Be with your new partners all the time at ABC, B5, NDT ECCT and all NMTSS event Know all the computer features from back office Use the Getting Started Guide Can do Sign up process Know how to buy and sell ticket to new partners Sponsor’s Basic Knowledge

  11. 8-15 hours/wk Can Show all parts of MPCP(Publicly or during 2on1) Be able to present all parts in HBP Be able to do ABC training, be “A” Able to set up home wellness party, do 2:1 and Q&A for downline partners Manage all computer functionality Be able to have tickets plan, ready to buy tickets for team and sell to partners Be able to start teaching during coring Help to promote a strong team bonding (emails, facebook, phone, team activities) EC Qualification

Host his or her HBP if necessary Taking into account to develop your two organization Work closely with your go-now partner on left and right Resolve all the issue and problem in your team Can do coring for your team Can do partial NDT/Basic5 Conduct at least 3 ABC trainings Participate ABC duplication, Be big “A”, monitor all other ABC duplication progress in the team Have a mentor and have a 1:1 coaching time weekly Master Basic Knowledge

Design and plan out all the trainings for your team Regularly hold Master/EC Conference Speaker training Monitor and adjust the quality of “A” Be able to master the Basic 5 and lead by example Be able to plan for team ticket sales, bus fares, hotel rooms…etc Build good relationships with downlines, uplines and crosslines SMC and PC qualification
