  3. Of What Benefit is the Old Testament? 1 Cor. 10:11 - It is written for our instruction/ admonition Those things “happened” to Israel as an “example” but were “written” for us!

  17. “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

  18. "ALL" SCRIPTURE was given for spiritual profit • for doctrine • for reproof • for correction • for instruction

  19. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
