  4. Restaurant No. 1 – Work progress • Renovation work (½ terrace) In October and November 2009 • Construction permit was sent to the authorities. Authorization is expected at the end of the year 2009 • Market Survey is in progress • Price inquiries will be sent in October/November • Proposal for award of contract (Adjudication) will be presented for approval to FC in March 2010 • Construction work between April and October 2010     • Estimated end of work: October 2010

Hertz rental corporate rates • Users paying through a team or budget account: • Reservation via CERN car Pool (77039) • Private use: CERN corporate rates + VAT (7.6%) • Reservation directly with Hertz (022 716 30 80), payment through credit card + presentation of CERN card when picking the car • In all cases: possible to pick up the car at CERN (costing an extra 60CHF in case of private use) or at the Geneva airport M. Tiirakari
