A: Agree is discriminatory. In study, mainly aimed at obese, and concern at future health impact. Also too thin concern at anorexia. These were the 2 big groups. Were concerned at this discrimination. Since then, have reduced this discrimination

A: Agree need periodic review of interaction between man and job. Are new circumstances still OK? Agree continuum is important
Q. Colour vision and epileptics from driving. Latter tracked for 1 year
A: Colour vision deficiency exclusion will exclude large part of population. Can see changes in traffic lights. No reason to exclude from driving
A: Epileptics have warning attacks. Poor medicators would be excluded under UK? legislation
