Performance benefits: • This oil has good demulsibility property, low deposits and sludge foaming tendency at a wide range of working temperature and in any gaseous atmosphere. • Meets DIN 51506 VDL specifications, IS 13256:1992 DAB • Special Features • It is blended out of highly refined turbine base stocks and special types of anti-oxidants, anti-rust, antifoam and demulsifier which do not react to any of the types of gases. Application areas: • HYCOM C grades are recommended for cylinder lubrication of single and multistage air compressors with moist air and provide excellent lubrication of piston rings, valves, cylinder liners etc. HYCOM C 460 has low sulphur content for applications in ammonia synthesis compressors in fertiliser plants. • Special Features • These are compressor oils formulated with selected base stocks and a special compounding agent to give excellent resistance to washing effect of water. Special Features • HYCOM LS grades are low sulphur high viscosity oils which can be used in syn gas compressors of make like Cooper Bessemer, NuovoPignone etc. The product will is compatible with syn gas operation at high pressure and there will be minimum risk of oxidation. The risk of catalyst poisoning is eliminated as the product has a very low sulphur content. Special Features • HYCOM SYN series are synthetic compressor oils made from High Performance PAO type base stocks which are further enhanced with state of the art additive systems which ensure improved oxidation performance and long term solubility. These oils can be used for high pressure & high performance screw compressor, rotary compressor where improved performance against oxidation and enhanced cleanliness is needed.   7. APPROVALS • It passes through the stringent Pneurop Oxidation performance test with catalyst and DIN 51352 Part II. It meets the requirements of DIN 51506 VD-L and ISO DIS 6521 specifications. It also exceeds SPERRY VICKERS I-286-S, AFNOR NFE 48603(HM), DIN 51524 Part II (HLP) and CINCINNATI MILACRON P-68, P-69, P-70 specifications. Since the product exceeds DIN 51524 Part II (HLP) norms it provides improve antiwear performance as compared to normal compressor oils. The anti-oxidation property of the oil exceeds IS:1012. • Special Features • It is specially blended from saturated paraffinic Group II base stocks and selected premium grade of antioxidants, anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-wear additives. The additives used employ the latest state of the art ash less (free from metals) technology.
