Working in a team • Working in team is at the heart of being a Newham’s Volunteers • Exercise • You have 10 straws to build the tallest free standing structure • You must not use anything but the straws you have been given • For the first 2 minutes, you must not do any building, only planning • You have 10 minutes in total • Start planning!
A Good Team is • Well Lead • Coordinated • Responsive • Respectable of others • Gets the job done • Emotionally intelligent
