Instructor Contact 55211a – All approved courses offered as distance education include regular effective contact between instructor and students, through group or individual meetings, orientation and review sessions, supplemental seminar or study sessions, field trips, library workshops, telephone contact, correspondence, voice mail, e-mail, or other activities. 2004 ASCCC Leadership Institute

  9. Calculating FTES 58003.1 – Credit Courses DE courses are now treated the same as courses offered in the classroom, and the same methods for calculating FTES can be used: weekly census, daily census, positive attendance, independent study. 2004 ASCCC Leadership Institute
