  1. War Scenarios Do you agree or disagree?

  2. Scenario #1 • Country A does not have enough space for all of its people to live. Therefore, Country A invades Country B (its neighbor), so that its people have enough space to live comfortably.

  3. Scenario #2 • Country A does not have enough oil to produce gasoline, which its people need to drive their cars and run their businesses. Country B has a lot of oil, so Country A attacks Country B.

  4. Scenario #3 • Country A bombs an important building in Country B, killing many people. Country B retaliates by bombing Country A.

  5. Scenario #4 • Country A threatens to attack Country B and Country C with nuclear missiles. Country C attacks Country A to prevent to prevent the original attack.

  6. Scenario #5 • Innocent people are being killed in Country A. Country B, which is thousands of miles away, decides to use military force in Country A to protect the innocent people.

  7. Scenario #6 • Country A refuses to let Country B trade in Country A. Because of this, the people of Country B are losing a lot of money and jobs. Country B decided to attack Country A and take over their trade.

  8. Scenario #7 • Country A is attacked by a terrorist group that operates in Country B, but is not directly supported by the government. Country A attacks the government of Country B because they “harbored” the terrorists.

  9. Scenario #8 • Country A is allied with Country B. Country A is attacked by Country C. Country B attacks Country C.

  10. Scenario #9 • Country A is run by members from Group 1. Group 1 makes laws that are only good for their group, and they oppress members of other groups in the country. Group 2 disagrees with and attacks Group 1.
