  2. What is Podcasting • Podcasting is the distribution of audio files, in mp3 format, via the web. It enables a radio show, speech or similar to be placed on a server for downloading to a subscriber’s computer to be listened to it at the subscriber’s convenience.

  18. How do I listen and subscribe • any piece of software that handles mp3 files will do. iTunes, Windows Media Player etc • software to subscribe to and download RSS Feeds. iTunes is sufficient. most are easy to obtain and use.
