ADS-B AWOS In February 2008 All Weather, Inc was selected by ITT Corporation to supply 62 Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) as part of ITT’s Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B) contract with the FAA. AWI will provide turn key installation of 37 FAA Certified AWOS systems to be located on oil drilling platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and an additional 25 AWOS systems to be located at various sites in Alaska. AWI’s effort includes site surveys, engineering, production, and installation. AWI will provide on-site maintenance of all sites until 2025.

    8. GOMEX Site Surveys All AWI GOMEX Survey team personnel are Platform Qualified and experienced on Oil Platform AWOS Systems. Over 30 potential oil platforms have already been surveyed. Site Survey reports generated immediately after completion of survey

Redundant design; one head failure does not cause sensor failure. Four head design aids in implementation of built in test (BIT) algorithms for enhanced self diagnostics and data integrity checking.

    22. Production All Weather Inc has adequate production & financial capacity to meet the needed delivery schedule. AWI has a 50,000 sq foot facility in Sacramento CA. AWI is ISO 9001-2000 certified

    23. Maintenance & Depot Functions AWI has been under FAA contract for AWOS Depot Maintenance services since 1988. The planned Depot and Field Maintenance for the GOMEX and Alaska systems will operate under the same criteria as the FAA Depot. This includes a full time logistician and permanently assigned Field Service technicians.

    24. Maintenance & Depot Functions Depot will be based in the AWI Facility in Sacramento. Sub Depot located on the Gulf Coast. This will include a full time, dedicated technician for the GOMEX systems. Sub Depot located Alaska. This will include a full time, dedicated technician for the Alaska systems.
