Tempo, Sets, and Reps • Perform five reps of a movement and go directly onto the next exercise • Transition time should be as quick as possible • The bar speed on the high pulls and clean grip muscle snatches should be as quick as possible • Rest periods between sets are 80-90 Seconds • Weight should be light because of the workload involved in a set (25 reps)
