  2. Design Purpose • Help improve efficiency of weight lifting activities • More sport specific weight training • Avoid reaching a plateau • Reduce pain in wrists

Weight Room Injuries • In a review of data from U.S. emergency rooms, it was found that injuries from weight-training activities and equipment have increased 35% over a 20-year period. • In a study, 23.8% of injuries in the weight room are wrist and hand related. It is the most common weight room injury. • There were over 970 000 injuries from weight training treated in U.S. emergency rooms from 1990 to 2007 • Adjustable handle provides more angles to choose from • Less wait time in gyms
