  4. DEVELOPING TEAM SPIRIT AND IMRPOVING MEMBERS’ SKILLS • The Normative Stage of Cain’s Group Formation process explores the leadership principle of developing cohesion and team spirit, while improving team members’ skills; • This improved their skills and sense of responsibility;
