Tips for Using the PowerPoint Presentation (Delete this slide before presenting) • The text on the slides is intentionally brief, in order to support the oral presentation. You want your audience to listen to you, rather than reading lengthy text from the slides. • You can read the companion script (included on the Notes pages of the PowerPoint presentation) word for word, or adapt it to fit your style. The script supplements the slides with information that is too detailed to include on a slide. • Throughout the PowerPoint presentation, you will find bracketed placeholders where you can insert your organization or department name, as appropriate. How to Print the PowerPoint Notes Pages • Go to the “File” menu and choose “Print.” • A dialog box will appear with options. Under “Settings,” click the arrow next to “Full Page Slides” and select “Notes Pages.” • Click “OK.”
