  4. La Niña continues to weaken, and its effects typically become less noticeable during the spring season. The dry weather pattern is expected to persist through at least the Week 2 time frame.

  6. Week 2 Precipitation Forecast (4/14 - 4/20) Increased chances for below normal precipitation
