Conclusion • The basis of modern economic growth as a phenomenon appears a change in its quality, which is not just a set of properties that distinguish economic growth, and a brand new stage in the economic development of society, innovative transformation of most of its constituent processes. • New quality of economic growth generated in the transformation mode of social production as a result of qualitative transitions (material, demographic, institutional, globalization). • New quality of economic growth means first of all the shift of temp-oriented growth towards the progress of human development in the direction of the social orientation of the results of social production. • The main features of the new quality of economic growth at the present stage, is characterized by increasing globalization processes are: trans-boundary; social orientation (changes in the structure of investment towards the dominance of social investments); institutional; trans-nationality.
