What We Do • Chair FSAC meetings • Conduct financial accounting and reporting trainings (e.g. YE trainings) • Facilitate financial services ICSUAM policies • Develop systemwide guidelines • Functional Support and development for CFS Data warehouse • Systemwide functional liaison for Common Financial System (CFS) • TM1 maintenance, and development • Special initiatives

  4. Our Focus • New and improved Legal Manual • Promote and foster commonality through sound business practices • We want to hear from you! Survey campuses on systemwide needs • Training topics • Systemwide guidance • Streamline processes • Deliberate on trainings • Financial accounting ICSUAM policies in place; annual review to ensure policies are current. • Systemwide guidelines to assist with policies and processes • Assist DW team on development of Finance DW Phase II enhancements. • Collaboration of efforts with Academic Research, SW budget and campus constituents to formulate a methodology for new reporting requirement on financial measures established by AB 94.
