    1. Best Member On-Boarding Process (MOP) What do you mean by “Member On-Boarding Process”? Member On-Boarding is important for those new members who need help getting started. This process is includes handling a new member once you have their signednmembership agreement. We would like to know what you do in the first 45 days (or so) for the new member in order to help them become comfortable in your gym. Who is eligible to receive the award for Best Member On-Boarding Process (MOP)? Any Gold’s Gym in the world. You should self-nominate for this award if you believe that you have exceptional service when handling new members. What are the criteria for winning? The selection committee will consider how the new member is handled once they have signed their membership agreement. The committee is looking for a thorough process that prevents members from “slipping through the cracks” and helps guide the member into programs, personal training, nutritional services, affinity groups (or clubs) or anything else you have that helps avail your new member to your services and helps them to feel a part of your Gold’s Gym community. How do I get nominated? You may self-nominate for this award. Follow the submission instructions below. What do I submit to the selection committee for this award? THE FIRST THING TO DO IS TO GO TO www.goldsgymconvention.com, click on AWARDS SUBMISSIONS, click on DOWNLOAD POWERPOINT TEMPLATES, scroll down to MEMBER ON-BOARDING PROCESS (MOP) and DOWNLOAD template. Like all other awards, you will upload your nomination using the instructions provided above.
