Aims for the course • This course is for current and aspiring middle leaders who have not undertaken external middle leadership training. • The sessions will link the theoretical principles to practice, so you can integrate your learning into your current strategic practice and job roles.
Objectives for this session • To consider the culture needed for successful teams
Shared Ethos - Activity • You will have a card with one of the cultural norms on • In pairs, briefly discuss the norm and out together a short (30 seconds!) drama or modelled conversation which illustrates this practice in school. Don’t mention the norm! • We’ll watch and try to identify your norm...
