Roles and Responsibilities of PM • Continuous analysis of the project activities as to costs incurred to ensure cost-effective implementation • Liaison with funding agency and local NGOs, CBOs and other groups in the community • Conduct regular clinic and field visits, at least thrice weekly • Reporting of activities, challenges, achievements to the management on a regular weekly or monthly basis • Monitoring and evaluation of the program
