History • Incorporated 1983 – over 60 years in P. radiata • E. globulus breeding commenced 1990 • Origins in Green Triangle – 4 Foundation members (Auspine, GTFP, Forestry SA & CSIRO) • Membership 2000 = Pine Breeding 15 Eucalypt Breeding 14 • Overall Group Pine 649,000 ha estate 20,000 ha pa plantings Eucalypt 122,000 ha estate 45,000 ha pa plantings
