Survey Monkey • Survey Monkey is a web application that creates online surveys to collect data. • This is a great resource at no cost. • You get to design your survey the way you want from colour, theme, and style of questions such as “yes” or “no”, multiple choice, and comment/essay box. • You can update or change survey questions. • Survey Monkey also lets you collect responses to your survey.

My Subject • I did this survey for my placement. • I am doing my placement with an event planner and her business is called “Memory Lane” located in Tweed ON. • I thought it would be a good idea for me to base my survey on my placement because I hope to be an event planner for my career. • I did not have any problems with this survey. I based my questions on client feedback. • I think it is important to have client feedback because customers are considered the backbone of any business.

This helps you to know any customer complaints and try to resolve it completely and quickly.
