  5. Wie is onze cliënt? • NAH en LG • ADHD, VG, Autisme spectrum stoornissen, GGZ • Volwassenen met een indicatie voor dagbesteding groep, PGB, andere financiering • ADL zelfstandig • Epilepsie vrij • Regio Helmond of eigen vervoer

  6. Werkzaamheden • Bediening • Bar • Schoonmaak • Afwas • Warme keuken • Koude keuken • Administratie

  7. Begeleiding • 2 begeleiders van 9.00 tot 16.30 • Keuken <-> bediening • Protocollen • Gesprekken • Zelfstandig werken <-> overnemen • Persoonlijk plan, dagelijkse rapportage

  8. Aanpassingen • Vaste dagen, vaste taken • Vaste pauze momenten en werktijden • Eigen protocol, algemene protocollen • Kassa • HACCP • Fysiek (bakwand, snijplank, antislipmat, mandoline, hooglaagtafel, trippelstoel)
