Editing Process

This project aims to improve the quality of footage used in editing processes based on Voice of Customer feedback. The Editing Process involves converting raw footage into viewable stories through scripting, editing, graphics, and more. The SIPOC Analysis and Map method is used to define suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, and customers involved. Producers search for necessary elements for editing, edit the content, and deliver the final product. A Data Collection Plan is implemented to measure the effectiveness of these editing enhancements.
