3. State of the IEEE 3 Finished 2008 Strong…but with diminished reserves and a surplus (as pre 2007 employee defined retirement benefit plan required top up is not included) Diminished Reserves eliminate Society access to reserves and prior year’s surplus this year 4-Sep-14
