  4. La Cuesta Continuation HS • Began HOM in January 2011 • Paul Cronshaw: Teacher, Coach, Chiropractor, Bee Keeper, Gardener, Wellness Council member • Four of his classes get HOM • Health, Science, PE, Avid, plus sometimes after school gardening

Year-End HOM Survey La Cumbre JHS – Science classes completed 227 surveys • Which , of 8 HOM, did most students like? – Apples-96% Berries – 88% Mandarins-87% • Science Lessons? 90% - “I like them.” • What was the best thing? – Tasting the food – 92%. • Comments-sample: “I liked when I tasted broccoli for the first time and it was yummy!”
