Small Group Process • Discuss thefindings(Handout) (10 minutes) • Identifyno more than three issues/themes from the findings you feel should be addressed in order to improve campus climate for your population • Generateideasfor each issue/theme, in response to:“What suggestions, ideas, practical solutions, or strategies could be utilized to create a deep and lasting impact on campus climate?” • Identify your most powerful strategies One idea per card, no one word cards, start with an action word Prepare to report out at 12:50

  4. What Would It Take? Consider your most powerful strategies. Select one and identify what it would take to implement this strategy. • What would be required? • What would we have to give up? • What would we have to start doing? • What would we have to stop doing?
