  1. CED’s and FLM’s track the Completion of “Summary Reviews” for employees they supervise using EmpowHR

  2. CED or FLM selects “Manager Self Service”

  3. CED or FLM selects “Performance Summary” under “Reports”

  4. 1. First verify that you are looking at the correct FY. 2. Click on “view all” if some employees are not showing up on the list.

  5. There should be 2 FY2006 plans for each employee The earliest one is under the “pass/fail System” and the later one is under the 5 tier performance system. Performance plans MUST be finalized BEFORE entering end of year summary ratings.

  6. Only 1 performance summary rating is to be entered and transmitted to NFC in an FY. Supervisors are to enter the summary ratings under the latest plan which is the 5 tier system only. Do not enter more than one summary rating per person. CED or FLM verifies that he/she has completed end of year summary Reviews for all employees (including temporary intermittent serving 90 days or more, but Excluding COC).

  7. When finished the review, Click on “sign out” to exit EmpowHR.
