  3. FLW REG. 350-6 NO SOCIAL INTERACTION BETWEEN FLW PERSONNEL AND TRAINEES!! THIS IS A LAWFUL REGULATION

  4. FLW 350-6 • Any person who witnesses or is aware of a violation WILL report it to the first person in their chain of command

  5. FLW PERSONNEL • Drill Sergeants • All permanent party military members • -Including junior enlisted soldiers • Civilian employees

  6. FLW personnel will NOT engage in personal or social relationships w/ trainees • NO dating • NO personal letters • NO personal phone calls • NO personal conversations • NO playing cards

  7. More prohibited conduct • NO dancing • NO entertaining trainees in their home • NO transporting trainees in private • vehicles unless for official duties • NO sharing hotel rooms • You get the picture…. • NO SEX

  8. FLW 350-13 • TRAINEES will not engage in any social relationship with any FLW personnel

  9. FLW 350-13 • TRAINEES will NOT engage in any sexual activity with other trainees! • TRAINEES will NOT have alcohol, tobacco, or any drugs!

  10. FAILURE TO OBEY LAWFUL ORDER OR REGULATION (Art. 90, 91, and 92) • Fail to obey lawful order or regulation • Dereliction of duty • Maximum punishment = 2 years 6 months (Maximum Punishment is the maximum that you can have happen to you at a Court-Martial) Noted above is just the prison length with one offense. Each time you violate an order or regulation your time will double. At all Courts-Martial you are also subject to the following maximums: To be reduced to E-1, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and you can be discharged from the service with a honorable, general, bad-conduct, or dishonorable discharge. At any rank!

  11. SODOMY(Art. 125) • Unnatural carnal copulation with another person or with an animal • With consent - 5 years • With a child under 16 - 20 years • By force - 20 years

  12. CARNAL KNOWLEDGE • Sexual intercourse with a person who is under 16 years old and is not your spouse • Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense • Maximum punishment = 20 years

  13. Adultery • Having sex with a person when either you, or the other person, is married to someone else • Maximum punishment = 1 year

  14. Court Martial 1 • NCO found guilty on the following: • Article 92: Wrongfully having sexual intercourse and writing letters to a trainee • Article 107: Giving a false statement • Article 134: Wrongfully having sexual intercourse with someone other than their spouse.

  15. Punishment • Reduced to E-1 • Confined for 3 months • Discharge with a Bad-Conduct Discharge

  16. Court Martial 2 • NCO found guilty on the following: • Article 125: Sodomy • Article 120: Rape • Article 134: Adultery

  17. Punishment • Reduced to E-1 • Confined for 2 years • Discharged with a Bad-Conduct Discharge
