Survey Rating Scale • The survey utilizes a 5 point Likert Scale 1 – Strongly Disagree 2 – Disagree 3 – Neutral 4 – Agree 5 – Strongly Agree
Location Breakdown • District Office –Central Office (Directors, Supervisors, Psychologists, Social Workers, Secretaries) , Maintenance, Transportation, and Food Service • School Campus Employees who work at a specific school (Teachers, Assistants, Custodians, etc)
