  2. You can import an image and show your understanding of the content of the picture . F clamp is used to close up gaps.

  3. Click on Microsoft Word to open the program. If you can not find it – Click All Programs Then click Microsoft Office Then click Microsoft Word

  4. Clicking on Home, Insert etc opens different options. If you can not find what you are looking for you may need click another option. Home

  5. Click on home Change the colour of your writing eg A A Bold eg BBc Underline egB Size of writing eg a a Important . You need to highlight something before you change it

  6. To add a text box Click Insert Now click Text Box Now left click and drag where you would like the text box to go.

  7. Rotate Click here to move the box Click here to pull one side in or out These boxes control the shape of all the objects ,images and text boxes on your page. Click here to pull out the corner

  8. To add a text box Click Insert Now click Text Box Now left click and drag where you would like the text box to go.

  9. Click on insert then click on shapes. Now click on any shape and left click and drag it onto your document Here is a shape we have brought imported.

  10. We can make this into this You need to do this as soon as you insert the shape and these options need to be visible Try clicking on the Shape Fill and Shape Outline box to see how you can change your shape.
