ROW – Things to Ponder DOT owns a 60’ wide right-of-way that encompasses the stairs and a 60’ wide right-of-way that encompasses the abandoned C St. Kurt had a one-on-one meeting with Allen Harding at DOT and was informed that DOT will most likely NOTvacate their right-of-way. If you have questions about ROW, talk to Kurt.
