Agricultural Producer - Daniel Beyer In this scenario, the user is Daniel Beyer, a farmer in Champaign County, Illinois. He grows corn, wheat, soybeans and also raises livestock. He uses the internet to look up information about his farm and the products he grows. He is able to research exporting information on corn, any existing health and safety issues for his livestock, and compare commodity prices to ensure he is getting the best rates for his goods.

Business Partner - John Reilly In this scenario, the user is John Reilly, an analyst in the food retailing company. He is on the road many days out of the year for work. He uses the internet to stay in touch with work and to keep abreast of any information that he needs to complete his job. He follows up on commodity trends, researches any food safety alerts in his area, and is interested in exporting information. He frequently takes training through USDA to keep his skills sharp. Finally, he researches grant for grants for which his company is eligible.
