HOA J1 • Element within HOA J1 that provides Pay and Personnel Support for HOA Personnel only. • Manning office for HOA. • PSs provide general manning support as well as LCPO services. • PSs may be switched between J1, Disbursing and General Duty Assignments
Personnel Support Office (PSO) • Military Pay and Personnel Service to all Camp Lemonnier personnel and “non-deployment” tenant commands. • Executive Agent for all ID Card Processing • Educational Service Office for all Navy Commands
Djibouti - Future • Rolling up the functions of Camp Lemonnier PSO, HOA Personnel and HOA Disbursing into CSD Djibouti • Camp Lemonnier becomes NAF Djibouti on 1 October 2012 • Billets convert from IA to PCS Oct 12 – TBD Baseline Completion • CSD Bahrain formal stand-up 1 October 2013 (dependent upon billets/funding) • Current facilities necessitate maintaining a two building split between Pay and PERS functions.
