  2. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) refers to blood plasma, which has a high concentration of platelets. These concentrated platelets contain huge doses of bioactive proteins, which initiate new blood vessel formation, bone regeneration and healing, connective tissue repair, and endorse overall wound healing.

  3. In PRP procedure, a concentrate of platelets along with White Blood Cells (WBCs) from the patient´s blood are collected and then mixed with activating agents and injected back into the patient´s own damaged tissue where they begin to initiate the process of repair.
