Additionally, the plant can produce up to 420 thousand tons of wide-fraction hydro carbons and up to 1.48 billion cubic metresof methane particles annually. To supply the production facility with electric and thermal power, a 120 MW gas turbine power plant (GTPP) is being built on the grounds of the complex Location: Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2012 10
RECONSTRUCTION OF HELIUM PLANT FACILITIES OF GAZPROM DOBYCHA ORENBURG LLC The helium plant of GazpromDobycha Orenburg LLC is a complex gas enterprise, which extracts and processes natural gas. The plant carries out gas decontamination from mercaptansulphur simultaneously with gas dehydration, further processing the gas to produce helium, ethane fraction and liquefied hydrocarbon gases. Following a severe accident in 2004, the plant was reconstructed and modernized in only 18 months. In 2009 VIS CG began construction work on the IV pilot complex, which consists of a central plant laboratory and a general administrative wing. Location: Orenburg Project timeline: 2004 - 2010 11

OUR PROJECTS: ENERGY FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION MODERNIZATION OF RYAZAN STATE REGIONAL POWER STATION (GRES) The project of constructing a 110 MW gas turbine block above the existing 310 MW power block was aimed to improve the technical and economic efficiency of the facilities by implementing modern gas turbine technology. VIS CG has carried out general and preparatory construction work, built chief and auxiliary structures, assembled metal works, crane mechanisms, as well as engineering and safety systems. In June 2010, following the completion of all contracted work and successful trial runs, the power station was put into operation. Location: Ryazan Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2010
MODERNIZATION OF KIRISHI STATE REGIONAL POWER STATION (GRES) Modernization of Energy Block No. 6 using PGU800 steam and gas installation envisages usage of two gas turbines (approximate capacity of 260 - 280 MW) and upgrading the existing 240 MW steam turbine. The GTU SGT 54000 F is a state of the art gas turbine. This is a one of a kind project in the Russian energy sector, as this modern solution has not been employed elsewhere in the country yet. Presently, the established capacity of Energy Block No. 6 is 300 MW. The block will be directly connected to the cycle of the steam gas plant, as a result of which its capacity will increase to 800 MW. Location: Leningrad Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2011 15
CONSRTUCTION OF POWER GENERATING UNIT NO. 9 OF THE NOVOCHERKASSK GRES POWER PLANT The project is implemented in accordance with the investment strategy of OGK-6 (Sixth Generating Company of the Wholesale Electric Power Market OJSC) for 2006-2010. 330 MW coal-fired power generating unit No. 9 is unique in that its boiler plant will, for the first time in Russia, use the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) technology. This technology will make it possible to meet the high requirements of the European standards for harmful substance emissions. Under the agreement VIS CG is performing as general contractor including carrying out the full range of building and installation works, and commissioning. Location: Rostov Region Project timeline: 2010 – 2014 16
