MANUFACTURE Company uses the most modern technologies and equipment: • Knitting equipment STOLL (Germany): classes 3 to 14; • Sewing equipment «JUKI», «YAMATO» (Japan), «Typical» (Korea), BROTHER (Japan) and KMF (Germany); • Embroidery equipment TAJIMA (Japan); • Equipment for textile printing MHM (Austria); • Industrial washing machines Renzacci (Italy). For manufacturing we use only the yarn of the highest quality of Russian and Italian suppliers. A real advantage of MARHATTER is that the manufacturing includes all the processes: knitting, industrial washing, wet thermal treatment, cutting and sewing of complete products.

  7. MANUFACTURE Sewing of knitted production is carried out ​​on the modern sewing equipment with the help of which any technical problem can be solved. Innerside of the product looks clean and neat, which is gained through connecting a cap and lining material by flat seam and edging by concealed seam, carried out on special equipment. Decoration of hats is carried out by special machines. The embroidery equipment let us make high-quality embroidery of any complexity. The company uses a system of multi-step control of operations- thus we can guarantee the quality of every product released.

We have an experienced team of professionals - designers, engineers, technologists, and programmers, that’ s why we can guarantee quick results of high quality by designing customer’s patterns of any type and complexity.
