International Cricket Council • The following are the ICC minimum requirements for any new stadium to be accredited as an international venue; • Minimum distance from boundary to boundary square of the pitch is 137.16 metres. • Minimum distance from straight boundary to straight boundary is 149 metres. • The boundary has to be a minimum distance of 2.74 metres from the perimeter fence or advertising boards.
