  2. Objectives • To learn more about the World Cup myself and to spread the knowledge • I also want to expose people to soccer that haven’t been exposed yet • My final goal is to have people become more interested in watching the world cup over the summer

  3. Problems Encountered • I had some trouble at the beginning of the project when I mistakenly saved my World Cup page as my index page and had to recover my old Index page • I had some trouble finding a java applet that was suitable for the World Cup • I also had some problems trying to find World Cup data that was interesting

  4. Key Points Learned • I learned much more about all of the programs we used and how they can be helpful • I also learned a little bit about the United States negligence towards soccer • It was also clear that making a website like this would definitely help me and my peers in the business world and many other practices

  5. Results • The results of this project were several pages that will give people more of an insight to the soccer in general and specifically the world cup • I have pages about past world cups and also about this upcoming 2010 world cup • There are links to several websites that have interesting information about this cup and I have tables and graphs about the results of past world cups
