EHR = Care Continum If you don’t know where you are going…. any road will get you there? Even though there are a lot of possibilities it’s still important to set a direction. ICTs are providing direction and opportunities so we need to introduce new technologies with business / service models in a way that maximises potential.

VPN, develop new means of delivery e.g. Digital TV, Health Portal, GP Access, etc….
