30 days, if you are on the first part (second year) of your Bachelor Programme

INTERNSHIP REPORT PLAN (STJ001)
You must prepare a report as evidence;
You must complete the following task in your report.
The description in report should be 10 – 15 pages with font 12, single line spacing.
1. Description of your internship area.
Brief introduction of the place where you are doing the internship.
Photograph.
2. Job Description
Describe the position on which you are doing your internship.
Tasks and duties of your position.
3. Details of your working department.
A brief introduction of your working department with photographs, or any other materials.
4. Explain how you were trained?
Describe how and who supervised you in your department?
The relationship with the staff.
The summary of your working experiences during your internship.

You must prepare a report as evidence; this will be 100 % of your internship.
You must complete the following task in your report.
The description in report should be 10 – 15 pages with font 12, single line spacing.
Description of your internship area.
Brief introduction of the place where you are doing the internship.
Photograph.
1. Job Description
Describe the position on which you are doing your internship.
Tasks and duties of your position.
2. Details of your working department.
A brief introduction of your working department with photographs, or any other materials.
3. Explain how you were trained?
Describe how and who supervised you in your department?
The relationship with the staff.
The summary of your working experiences during your internship.
A hieratical of staff in your department (indicate yourself, which department area you work in)
4. Which courses from your Tourism Programme were addressed during your placement, explain why
11. Internship Portfolio
Students who have commenced their programme after September 2010
Complete a task each week
Prepare a folder with the different tasks
12. Internship Therefore to complete your internship you must have the following:
Acceptable grading from the company
Completed Summer Practice Log Book
Complete a professional report OR portfolio
13. Internship Expectations from the company
A minimum of 2/3 of the Minimum Wage (in accordance with TRNC regulations)
Explanation and training for the internship, with clear guidelines of responsibilities
A provision of one meal per day during the placement
Completion of Assessment Sheet at the end
Signature and approval of Summer Practice Log Book (Provided the student has completed accordingly)
14. Internship Internships will commence 21st June unless other arrangements have been made.
