  3. How to access the SUNY portal Open a browser and go to: WWW.SUNY.EDU • Select Faculty, Staff & Employment • Select Sign On • Use ‘Whats my userid’ to find your campus security administrator.

  4. How to access the SUNY portal • Logon to the SUNY portal • Find the System Administration Projects tab • Select SUNY University wide administrative systems 5 yr plan • Select Institutional Research SUNY portal logon screen

On the SUNY Website you will find: • Public Access • Graduate Search Tool • SUNY wide access • IR SMRT Tool • Administrative Systems 5 Year Plan • Demos for APES Campus View & IR SMRT • Secure Access • APES Campus View • IR_APES_CAMP & IR_APES_CAMP_VIEW • Discoverer Viewer Reports • request access from your campus security administrator
