Understanding • Reasoning Help them to 'understand' not just ‘score’ SCORE 90%, 95%, 99% • Concept • Our aim is not just getting more marks in exams • Our aim is to ‘teach concepts’ and ‘impart knowledge’ • We consider ‘Scoring’ as a by-product • We explain how to use knowledge to score marks • Why to write Essay • How understand ‘comprehension’ to give heading • Etc. SCORE KNOWLEDGE

  5. Use new resources to make them learn better Use Models Use animation Use Videos Encourage them to learn online

  6. Encourage them to ask questions • Many teachers and people don’t encourage asking questions • We encourage our students to ask questions • We try to answers all their query, not only academic but other fields as well • We encourage them to look for answers and alternatives

  7. Ask higher level student to give their support • In future, we have a plan (on Test basis), that we will provide senior students to help junior students • This is based on the concept that ‘Learning is Best when you teach someone’ • Any willing student devote 1-2 hours per week to help junior students • This will be purely on ‘volunteer’ basis

  8. Focus on individual's weak points • Everyone has weak and strong points • We will try to notice the weak and strong points of individual student • Focus will be given on individual’s weak points to overcome the issue • Put more emphasis on strong points

  9. Focus on English as a side activity • One important skill in current environment is command in English language • We have seen that even English medium students are not very good in English • Very few students can speak English • We will provide extra training for improving English • The focus will be on general English, i.e. understanding and speaking, NOT based on course.

  10. Option for printed Notes • Taking notes is one of important way of learning • Sometimes students just busy on writing notes • Many students lose focus what is being taught because they keep taking notes instead of learning • Some students are slow in taking notes • Some notes are ‘fixed’ type • We will have an option for some topics where printed notes will be available on actual price (i.e. page/print cost).

  11. Help them to make Project • Nowadays most of the schools expects students to prepare projects • Most of time there is no guidance from school • Parents are forced to work on projects • Many times projects are ‘bought’ from outside • This makes whole procedure as useless. • We will provide help and guidance to students to complete a project on own • We will NOT make projects, but help and guide to learn and make use of this process.
